World Environment Day | Overconsumption is killing our planet

June 5, 2024- This World Environment Day, we invite you to reflect on the role of U.S. consumption in worsening the climate crisis.

June 5, 2024- As the climate crisis worsens, countries and communities that consume less and consequently contribute less to greenhouse gas emissions are disproportionately affected by the effects of climate change and have become dumping grounds for the culture of overconsumption. We all have a role to play in working for climate justice. We must defeat plastic pollution and be aware of the impact of consumption. This resource is available only in Spanish.
