Access to mental health remains scarred by deep barriers in our communities: misinformation, stigma, fear, and lack of adequate resources.
The Bienestar: Estar Bien project aims to respond to these challenges by strengthening community organizations through education and training in mental health, including Mental Health First Aid training and workshops adapted to our cultural realities.
After a year of implementation, this webinar presents the main findings collected from participants and organizations, offering a direct look at the real experiences, challenges, and needs around access to mental health services.
